١ المقدمة
مرحباً بك في تطبيق "مين راعي السالفة؟". هذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وكيف يتم استخدامها.
٢ أنواع اللعب والبيانات
٢.١ الوضع المحلي
- كل البيانات تبقى على جهازك.
- لا نرسل أسماء اللاعبين ولا السواليف إلى أي خادم.
٢.٢ الوضع الأونلاين
لجعل الغرفة تعمل بين الأجهزة، نستخدم خدمة Google Firebase Realtime Database. أثناء وجودك في الغرفة نُخزّن مؤقتاً:
- الاسم المعروض الذي تكتبه (من 1 إلى 20 حرفاً).
- نص السواليف التي تكتبها (حتى 500 حرف لكل سالفة).
- رمز الغرفة (6 حروف) وحالة اتصال اللاعبين والأصوات.
ما لا نطلبه ولا نخزنه
البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم الحقيقي، رقم الهاتف، الموقع، الصور، أو جهات الاتصال.
٢.٣ مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الغرفة الأونلاين تُحذف تلقائياً عند مغادرة جميع اللاعبين أو بعد فترة عدم نشاط.
- يمكنك طلب حذف بيانات غرفة معينة بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه مع كود الغرفة.
٣ الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
نعرض إعلانات عبر خدمة Google AdMob (لافتة أسفل الشاشة وإعلان بيني بعد انتهاء الجولة). قد تجمع AdMob وشركاؤها معلومات مثل: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، عنوان IP وموقع تقريبي مشتق منه، معرّف الإعلانات الخاص بالجهاز، وبيانات التفاعل مع الإعلانات. هذه البيانات تخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google:

على iOS لن نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات للتتبع إلا إذا سمحت بذلك في نافذة «السماح بالتتبع» (App Tracking Transparency). وفي المناطق التي تتطلب ذلك (مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة) تظهر لك رسالة موافقة قبل عرض الإعلانات المخصصة، ويمكنك اختيار الإعلانات غير المخصصة.
إيقاف الإعلانات المخصصة:
- iOS: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبع / إعلانات Apple
- Android: الإعدادات ← Google ← الإعلانات ← حذف معرّف الإعلانات
٤ الأمان
- استخدام الوضع الأونلاين يتم عبر خوادم Google (Firebase)، ونعتمد على إجراءاتهم الأمنية.
- نبذل جهداً معقولاً لحماية بياناتك، لكن لا يمكن لأي نظام ضمان الأمان المطلق.
إخلاء مسؤولية
في حال حدوث اختراق أو تسريب ناتج عن خدمات الطرف الثالث (Google Firebase)، فإن المسؤولية تقع على الخدمة المعنية. ونحن غير ملزمين بتعويض عن أي أضرار ناتجة إلى الحد المسموح به قانونياً.
٥ المحتوى الذي يكتبه المستخدم
- السواليف التي تكتبها هي من إنشائك أنت. أنت المسؤول عن محتواها.
- يُمنع كتابة محتوى غير قانوني أو يحتوي على معلومات شخصية حساسة أو يشهّر بالآخرين.
- يحق لنا إزالة أي محتوى يُبلَّغ عنه أنه مخالف.
٦ الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للأعمار 13 سنة فأكثر بسبب طبيعة المحتوى الذي يكتبه المستخدمون. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من أطفال تحت 13 سنة. إذا علمت بأن طفلاً قدّم بيانات، راسلنا وسنحذفها.
٧ خدمات الطرف الثالث
- Google Firebase Realtime Database — لمزامنة الغرف الأونلاين.
- Google AdMob — لعرض الإعلانات.
٨ حقوقك
- حذف بيانات غرفة أونلاين: راسلنا بكود الغرفة.
- لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
٩ تحديد المسؤولية
ضمن الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون:
- التطبيق يُقدَّم "كما هو" بدون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.
- نحن غير مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، أو عن أي خرق أمني لخدمات الطرف الثالث.
١٠ تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة. التغييرات تُنشر على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعتبر قبولاً للسياسة الجديدة.
1 Introduction
Welcome to "Who's the Storyteller?". This policy describes what data the app handles and how.
2 Play Modes and Data
2.1 Local Mode
- All data stays on your device.
- No player names or stories are transmitted to any server.
2.2 Online Mode
To make rooms work across devices, the app uses Google Firebase Realtime Database. While a room is active we temporarily store:
- Your chosen display name (1–20 characters).
- The story text you type (up to 500 characters per story).
- Room code (6 chars), player presence, and votes.
What we do NOT request or store
Email, real name, phone number, location, photos, or contacts.
2.3 Retention
- Online-room data is deleted automatically when all players leave or after a period of inactivity.
- You can request deletion of a specific room's data by emailing us (below) with the room code.
3 Advertising (Google AdMob)
We show ads through Google AdMob (a banner at the bottom of the screen and an interstitial after a round ends). AdMob and its partners may collect information such as device type and OS, IP address and the coarse location derived from it, the device advertising identifier, and ad-interaction data. This data is handled under Google's privacy policy:

On iOS the advertising identifier is used for tracking only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. In regions that require it (such as the EU and the UK) a consent message is shown before personalized ads, and you can choose non-personalized ads instead.
Opt out of personalized ads:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
4 Security
- Online mode runs on Google-hosted infrastructure (Firebase). We rely on their security controls.
- We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Disclaimer
In the event of a breach or leak originating from a third-party service (Google Firebase), liability rests with that service. We are not liable for damages resulting from such third-party breaches, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5 User-Generated Content
- Stories you type are authored by you. You are responsible for their content.
- Do not submit illegal content, sensitive personal information, or content that defames others.
- We reserve the right to remove reported content that violates these terms.
6 Children
The app is intended for users 13 years of age and older due to the user-generated nature of its content. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
7 Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase Realtime Database — online room synchronization.
- Google AdMob — advertisements.
8 Your Rights
- Delete an online room's data: email us with the room code.
- We do not sell your data to any party.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, or from any security breach of third-party services.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
